What You’ll Be Doing
Front of House & Workplace Experience
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, delivering a warm and professional welcome
* Manage meeting room and desk bookings, ensuring smooth coordination of visitors
* Maintain a high standard across all office spaces
* Organise and coordinate hospitality for meetings and events
Office Management & Operations
* Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the office to ensure efficiency and organisation
* Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
* Review invoices and manage spend against budget
* Coordinate facilities maintenance, minimising disruption to business activities
* Liaise with building management and external service providers
Health & Safety
* Ensure compliance with UK workplace health and safety regulations
* Coordinate inspections and follow up on any required actions
* Maintain records for Fire Marshals and First Aiders, including training and refreshers
Events & Engagement
* Support the planning and delivery of internal events and team activities
* Help create a positive, engaging workplace culture
* Ensure smooth execution of office events and initiatives
Additional Support
* Provide occasional administrative support, including cover for senior executive support when required

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
