The Role: * Overseeing internal finishes * Carrying out QA inspections and sign-offs * Managing snagging and quality control processes * Completing manual inspections and updating electronic reporting systems * Coordinating subcontractors on site * Reporting into the Project Manager & Senior Site Manager * Ensuring work is delivered to programme and quality standards The Ideal Candidate: * Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager (or Site Manager on smaller schemes) * Strong background in internal finishes * Experience working on concrete frame projects * Confident with QA processes and electronic reporting systems * Highly organised and methodical * Able to manage subcontractors effectively * SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid What’s on Offer: * Immediate start * Competitive day rate * Busy, well-structured site environment * Potential for long-term or permanent opportunity for the right candidate If you are an experienced ASM with strong finishing experience and are available for your next opportunity, please apply with your CV or contact Joe for more information
