About the role:
Our Events team members play a vital role in delivering a great guest experience to all our guests. They have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed our guest expectations. Operating on the front line, they are real ambassadors of our hotel and are committed to consistently delivering high standards.
Who we are looking for:
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for hospitality. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our customers. If you have a passion for bartending, excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
· Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
· Ensure the bar area is clean, organised and well-stocked at all times
· Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
· Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers
· Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
· Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Requirements:
· Candidates must be aged 18 years or over
· Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidates
· Ability to provide excellent customer service and engage with customers in a friendly manner
· Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Knowledge of food safety guidelines and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
· Hospitality mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
· Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the business needs

Pay: £10.00-£12.51 per hour
