Job Description
1. Lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies.
2. Drive demand generation activities to increase recruitment and retention of app users.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product launches and campaigns.
4. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product growth.
5. Monitor and report on product performance and customer insights.
6. Develop compelling messaging and positioning for the products.
7. Manage product content across various digital platforms.
8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.
9. Collaborate with sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Product Marketing Manager should have:
1. A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in product marketing within the FMCG industry.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
4. Proven track record in growth marketing roles with real life examples of key wins.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

10. Comfortable attending their West Midlands offices 2-3 times a week.
