About the role:
Joining our team as a Tour Operations Specialist Sales Agent means you are a part of something bigger. We are a multi-award-winning Travel Group, who go above and beyond to create bespoke and memorable experiences for our customers and members.
Some of your key responsibilities as a Tour Ops Specialist would include:
• Receiving sales enquiries from B2B customers and answering them efficiently
• Selling a range of Coop Holidays products - including tailor-made itineraries, Cruise packages, Eurostar, long & short haul, City Break experiences and more
• Achieving sales targets by maximising selling opportunities of Coop Holidays products at every opportunity
• Providing first-level support to customers on any queries regarding their booking or Coop Holidays product
Who are we looking for?
To be a successful candidate for this role you will need:
• Previous experience in Travel and sales
• To be customer-focused with a friendly and approachable nature
• To be able to work independently and as part of a team
• To be comfortable using web-based systems
