Work across the full electrical system, not just one corner of it.This is your chance to accelerate your learning and take on real responsibility early, on a live, complex electrical programme.
You’ll get hands-on with routing, cabling, harness design, documentation, CAD and problem-solving, all in one job.
You’ll develop faster than you would in a big company -With close support from a senior electrical engineer and no corporate layers, you’ll learn more and progress quicker. You’re
trusted to own tasks, solve issues, and contribute directly—no months of shadowing or waiting to be signed off.
You’ll work on genuinely challenging systems - This isn’t a repetitive, spec-following job. The programme is complex, the scope is wide, and the problems are real. You’ll get the kind of
engineering exposure most people wait years for.
Your work will be visible, valuable and varied - You won’t be a tiny cog. What you design gets used. You’ll switch between CAD layouts, hands-on testing, doc updates and cross-team
discussions—actually seeing how your work connects to the whole system.
You’ll collaborate, not operate in silos - You’ll work closely with mechanical and bodywork teams, learning how everythingfits together—insight you don’t get when boxed into one area.
