What youll be doing
1. Visiting workplaces to observe learners in real-life care settings, ensuring they meet apprenticeship standards.
2. Providing clear, constructive feedback to support learner progression and achievement.
3. Planning and conducting progressive in-person visits (average of 3 learners per day).
4. Managing yourtimeeffectively to maximise travel efficiency and learning outcomes.
5. Ensuring all assessments meet Ofsted, awarding body, and internal quality standards.
