Implementation Support Officer (Speech Recognition & Digital Dictation)
Dorset HealthCare is seeking a flexible, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join the Speech Recognition & Digital Dictation (SR&DD) project team during a Trust‑wide deployment.
Responsibilities
- Support the deployment of the SR&DD system across Trust sites
- Assist with service change and encourage staff engagement with new technology
- Respond to service needs during implementation and go‑live periods
- Provide ongoing support to ensure effective system use
- Troubleshoot issues and direct queries appropriately
- Support IT teams with problem solving and user queries
- Support embedding of workflows and SpeechCursor AIDA and analytics tools
- Contribute to monitoring system usage and improving document processes
- Assist with audit, benefit tracking and reporting activity
- Ensure accurate data entry into systems
- Assist in embedding reporting tools (KPIs, dashboards, analytics)
Requirements
- Full‑time post of 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility for unsocial hours and shift work
- Must be able to travel extensively to Trust sites across Dorset
- Fixed‑term role offered on a secondment basis only for NHS staff (permission to be released required)
- Must hold a valid right to work in the UK and will not require sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available for this role
