Job Description
3. Lead the SAP Manufacturing stream (PP/QM/PM) for ECC/S4HANA, driving large-scale implementations, shop-floor integrations, and long-term digital transformation.
4. Manage end-to-end manufacturing processes, including Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
5. Partner with the COO and Plant Heads to align SAP architecture with production schedules, capacity planning, and shop-floor automation requirements.
6. Provide deep functional expertise in discrete or process manufacturing, Bill of Materials (BOM), routing, work centers, and demand management.
7. Drive seamless integration with MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and CO (Controlling/Product Costing) modules to ensure end-to-end traceability.
8. Lead and mentor a team of direct and extended reports while managing high-stakes vendor delivery and system integrator performance.
9. Uphold SDLC, ITIL, and project governance standards to ensure manufacturing operations remain lean, compliant, and uninterrupted.
The Successful Applicant
10. Engineering Graduate or MBA (Operations) with 15-17 years of experience, blending core manufacturing domain knowledge with SAP leadership expertise.
11. Proven track record of leading at least two full-cycle SAP implementations in a complex manufacturing environment.
12. Industry background in Automotive, Chemicals, Pharma, or Heavy Engineering/Industrial Manufacturing.
13. Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across different plant locations.
14. Strategic thinker capable of implementing advanced manufacturing solutions (like MES or IBP integration) while maintaining operational stability.
