Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key. As a Kitchen Manager will be required to oversee the day-to-day activities of the kitchen. You will be knowledgeable about all the dishes on our menu and be able to to turn out mouth-watering dishes with ease, within all sections of the kitchen.
