Overview
Associate R&D Technical Consultant role focused on helping engineering and science clients qualify their innovations for R&D tax incentives. The position blends technical work with client interaction and problem-solving.
What You’ll Do
* Work with businesses to identify innovative projects eligible for R&D tax relief
* Translate complex engineering and scientific activities into clear, compelling technical reports
* Conduct interviews and site visits with senior technical stakeholders
* Collaborate with finance and tax teams to build robust claims
* Stay on top of HMRC guidance and emerging innovation trends
* Learn fast—technical training, tax knowledge, and consulting skills all included
