We are now seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in SEO, PPC, Google and Meta Ads, and digital campaign management, who can take ownership of the firm's online marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and optimise SEO and PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
* Manage and monitor Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
* Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page optimisation to improve organic search rankings.
* Create, manage, and analyse social media advertising campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging.
* Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging digital content (blogs, videos, posts, and landing pages).
* Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and make data-driven recommendations.
* Keep up to date with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices.
* Oversee and manage the firm's online reputation, digital outreach, and lead generation initiatives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar digital marketing role.
* Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and PPC campaigns.
* Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
* Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
* Creative mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
* Experience in a professional services or legal environment is advantageous but not essential.
