We are hiring for our client, a growing and highly specialised contractor, who are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based in Downpatrick.
This Quantity Surveyor role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects within industrial and commercial sectors, supporting delivery from pre-contract through to final account. The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a business known for quality, technical expertise, and continued investment in their people.

The Role
* Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports
* Manage procurement processes including PQQs and tendering
* Administer contracts and manage variations
* Monitor project costs to ensure delivery within budgetValue completed works and manage interim payments
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal project teams
* Support risk management and value engineering initiatives
The Person
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
* Minimum 1 year’s experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
* Knowledge of construction contracts, tendering, and PQQ processes
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
* Willingness to travel to sites across NI, ROI, and UK
