Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for a Repairs Assistant for a Housing Association. The role will be week to week but will run for the duration of Januarry and potentially longer.
You will provide an efficient, customer-focused repairs and property management service.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
* Manage and process repair requests in line with procedures.
* Liaise with customers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve repairs and complaints.
* Issue works and inspection orders and maintain accurate system records.
* Administer contracts, reports, and key property databases.
* Build effective working relationships with contractors and colleagues.
Key Requirements for the post:
* Customer Service experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience in repairs/housing would be beneficial
The role would be to start on 6th January.
