SCOPE OF ROLE:
To support the ongoing development and maintenance of the Allvalves website and online presence. This role will focus on populating and managing product listings, producing website content, and creating digital marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services online. The Website & Digital Marketing Assistant will play an important role in driving online visibility and supporting sales growth through digital channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Website Administration >
* Upload and manage product data, images, descriptions, and specifications on the company website.
* Ensure product listings are complete, accurate, and regularly updated with the latest information.
* Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure correct product categorisation, part numbers, and pricing.
* Assist with SEO optimisation of website pages to improve search engine visibility.
Content Creation >
* Write and upload product descriptions, news articles, blogs, and technical content for the website.
* Produce engaging content for company social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.).
* Support the creation of promotional material such as banners, graphics, and digital adverts.
Digital Marketing & Promotion >
* Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and online customer communications.
* Promote new products, company news, case studies, and technical insights across digital platforms.
* Monitor website performance, traffic, and enquiries, providing reports to the marketing team.
General Marketing Support >
* Help maintain product image libraries and digital marketing assets.
* Support wider marketing and business development projects as required.
Skills & Experience Required >
* Previous experience in website content management or digital marketing.
* Comfortable working with website platforms such as Magento, WordPress, or similar CMS systems.
* Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and engaging content.
* Good understanding of basic SEO principles.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Desirable >
* Experience working with industrial or technical products (valves, actuators, etc.).
* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar graphic design tools.
* Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp).
* Understanding of Google Analytics or other website performance tools.
