Legal Office Coordinator – Chester
We are hiring for a Legal Office Coordinator to join a progressive Commercial Law Firm, based in their Chester City Centre Office.
This role would be ideal for a Legal Administrator or Office Assistant who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive environment that values contribution, encourages development, and recognises success.
The Legal Office Coordinator will work as part of a close-knit team, providing vital administrative support and ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office. This will include:
* Comprehensive office administration support
* Preparing, organising, and filing legal documentation
* Managing post
* Delivering a professional and welcoming front‑of‑house experience
* Coordinating meetings and managing schedules
* Liaising with office services teams
* Office health and safety
* Assist the Manager with the efficient running of the office
Requirements:
* Prior experience as an Administrator or Office Assistant (ideally within a legal setting)
* A confident, professional communicator
* Strong organisational and IT skills
* Able to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
This is a full‑time Legal Office Coordinator position based in Chester City Centre.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
