A day in the life of a Senior Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Sutton:
* Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings based on their requirements
* Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
* Marketing properties to tenants using various marketing strategiesDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
* Supporting the branch in achieving KPI targets
* Working collaboratively with colleagues and providing support as needed
* Focusing on generating new and repeat business
* Canvassing the local area
* Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety and compliance standards

* Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
