We are working with a well-established residential property business inEdinburghto recruit aFront of House Property Advisorto join their professional, office-based team. This is a client-facing role suited to someone personable, organised, and confident, who enjoys being the first point of contact and supporting the smooth running of a busy property environment.
The Role
As Front of House Property Advisor, you will act as the welcoming face of the business, delivering a professional and friendly service to new and existing clients while providing essential administrative and operational support.
Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as thefirst point of contact, covering reception and welcoming new residential property clients
* Managing enquiries and supporting clients through the early stages of their property journey
* Liaising withsurveyors, arranging viewings, managing keys, and coordinating appointments
* Supportingmarketing activity, including property listings and promotional materials
* Providing general administrative and office support to the wider team
* Bringing a smallsales-focused elementto the role by identifying and supporting opportunities where appropriate
About You
This role would suit someone with strong customer service experience and a professional, engaging approach. xsngvjr
You will ideally have:
* Experience in afront-of-house or customer-facing role(property, hospitality, hotel, or similar environments welcomed)
* Experience working within the legal sector, property law, or a professional services environment (desirable)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and approachable manner
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confidence handling client enquiries and supporting light sales conversations
* A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fully office-based role
