Role Overview
As an Associate Director in our Transfer Pricing team, you will:
1. Support Partners and Directors by managing and developing a team of skilled tax specialists, including coaching and mentoring to meet objectives.
2. Assist in implementing business plans and generating new business opportunities.
3. Build and manage internal and external networks to create fee-generating opportunities, supporting pitches and business development.
4. Lead on assignments or support Directors/Partners in leading projects, ensuring team management and development.
5. Manage a portfolio of client relationships, providing excellent service with minimal supervision.
6. Invest in your professional development, including achieving objectives and seeking feedback.
7. Act with integrity, aligning with the firm’s values.
Candidate Profile
We seek ambitious, adaptable individuals with a minimum of qualified (ACA, CTA, ATT) experience at Manager level or above. Preferred skills include:

* Experience managing projects independently
