Brand Manager Location: Wellingborough Salary: Up to £40k DOE Overview: We’re seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Brand Manager to strengthen customer engagement through tailored marketing support. This role is focused on helping clients grow by leveraging a full suite of marketing tools — from lead generation to co-branded content — rather than just selling products. You'll act as the link between customers and internal teams, ensuring our partners gain real value from our brand. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and growth Help clients maximize marketing tools including brochures, POS material, digital assets, and partner benefits Deliver training and support on systems and resources Tailor marketing solutions to suit individual client needs Manage updates, campaigns, and available collateral Identify content opportunities (e.g. case studies, photography) for joint marketing use Report on customer interactions and ensure internal follow-up Maintain and update the marketing portal Monitor engagement and track marketing impact Feed customer insights into ongoing improvements Adjust tone and approach for B2B and B2C audiences What We’re Looking For: Strong relationship-building and communication skills Background in marketing, customer success, or account management Organised, proactive, and results-oriented Comfortable with basic data analysis and reporting Confident presenting to varied audiences Collaborative mindset, with ability to work cross-functionally
