Uphold high standards in Health and Safety, Food Safety, and GMP to ensure a safe, secure, and compliant work environment.
Be part of a dedicated Engineering Maintenance team that plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of all machinery in the production areas.
Provide a proactive and reactive professional engineering service to maintain and improve plant performance.
Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks, troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct equipment issues, and assist with root cause analysis to promote future reliability and improvements.
Participate actively in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
* Educated to HNC, HND, degree level, or equivalent, with apprenticeship experience as a time-served Engineer.
* At least 2 years of post-apprenticeship engineering maintenance experience, ideally in an FMCG hygienic production environment.
* Technologically proficient with CMMS systems, MS Office, etc.

Work Schedule and Compensation
The role operates on a 4-5-5 rotating days and nights 12-hour shift pattern, repeating every 8 weeks: 4 days on, 5 off, 5 on, 4 off, 5 on, 5 off. This schedule offers more weekends off, enhancing work-life balance.
Salary range: £54,330.87 - £56,504.91 (£26.99 - £28.07 per hour). Starting salary depends on qualifications and experience. Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate.
