Delegate Relationship Executive – Custom Events & Signature Experiences


Location: Remote (UK-based) with occasional team meet-ups

Salary: £27,000–£29,000 base DOE + uncapped commission

OTE: £55,000+ realistic in Year 1

Reports To: Head of Custom Delegate Acquisition

We’re now hiring a Delegate Relationship Executive to join our fast-growing Delegate Acquisition team, focusing exclusively on filling our custom events and signature experiences with the right senior executives.


The Role


This is a high-touch engagement role responsible for recruiting qualified delegates for our private experiences (including C-level dinners, roundtables, and bespoke activations). You’ll be the bridge between our sponsors' ideal buyer profile and the high-quality guests we place in the room.

You'll work closely with our delivery, client success, and sales teams to ensure every event delivers the ‘Right People, Right Room, Right Time’ – Rela8’s core promise.


Responsibilities


• Identify and engage with senior IT, cybersecurity, data, and digital decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and phone


• Qualify delegate fit based on sponsor requirements, geography, seniority, and technology relevance


• Secure attendance at intimate, high-value events ranging from 8–30 senior executives per experience


• Manage end-to-end guest communication, ensuring clarity on format, value proposition, and logistics


• Maintain CRM accuracy and weekly reporting on outreach, confirmations, and attendance rates


• Support multiple concurrent events with speed and precision, ensuring the right guests are always in the room


• Collaborate with BDMs, producers, and delivery teams to optimise invite strategy and execution


What You’ll Bring


• 1–2 years’ experience in a delegate acquisition, audience recruitment, or relationship management role (B2B event or agency background preferred)


• Confidence communicating with C-level and senior stakeholders across IT, Security, and Digital disciplines


• Strong sense of urgency and ownership – you’ll be working to fixed event deadlines


• Organised, persistent, and highly proactive with excellent attention to detail


• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs (Salesforce), and outreach tools


• An understanding of enterprise technology audiences is a bonus
