* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and courtesy.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
* Stay informed about product features, promotions, and store policies to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
* Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting regular stock checks.
Skills
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in maintaining displays and managing stock.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
* Basic numerical skills for processing transactions and managing cash handling duties.
* Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
