Working for an extremely successful and well-established boutique firm, the successful candidate must be able to work to tight deadlines and will have proven T/PA experience along with diary and global travel management experience.
A typical day includes:
* Managing complex diaries and inboxes
* Booking multi-stop global travel trips

* Arranging high-level client calls and meetings

You should have:
* Proven T/PA experience
* Willingness to work in the office full-time, 5 days a week
* The ability to manage a busy workload
