Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in build and structural projects? Looking for a major project that will challenge and develop you? We’re growing our commercial team and are recruiting a Senior QS to support our latest programme of works at Edinburgh Airport. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a high‑profile project. You can either be based from our Eurocentral head office or on site at Edinburgh Airport.

What you'll be doing
* Managing all commercial and cost management activity across the project
* Preparing and reviewing Activity Schedules, tenders, procurement packages and commercial reports
* Leading the commercial interface with key stakeholders, subcontractors and project teams
* Managing variations, compensation events and contractual correspondence
* Supporting development of junior QS colleagues and promoting best practice
* Ensuring robust governance, compliance and commercial forecasting
Who we're looking for
* Proven Senior QS experience in build and structural projects (steelwork, concrete, complex buildings)
* Strong commercial and contractual knowledge (NEC or similar)
* Ability to lead commercial elements of multidisciplinary construction schemes
* Experience working with subcontractors and supply chain partners
* Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) and a valid PQP CSCS card
* A collaborative, positive approach aligned with Balfour Beatty’s Cultural Framework
