General Services Manager Limerick – Full Time

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic General Services Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Integrated Facilities Management at our client site in Limerick.
As a General Services Manager, you'll:
* Manage multiple service lines including Catering, GxP and general cleaning, Security, Landscaping, and Event Management
* Drive operational excellence and client satisfaction through effective service delivery
* Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, Environmental, and food safety regulations
* Lead and support a large, multi-disciplinary team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
* Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and contribute to cost efficiencies
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships while adhering to contractual obligations and governance structures
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience managing large, multi-functional teams in a facilities or service environment
* Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
* Commercial awareness and ability to manage a P&L of €1.5m+
* Knowledge of Health & Safety, food safety, and legislative compliance
* Ability to lead business change and drive operational improvements
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills
* Facilities, Engineering, or Business qualification (desirable)
* Experience in the pharmaceutical or blue-chip sector (preferred)
