The Role As Project Engineer, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects – from in-depth planning through to delivery – ensuring technical success at every stage. You’ll be closely involved in the design and development of cryogenic equipment, support R&D activities, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions for customers worldwide. Key Responsibilities * Plan, manage, and deliver technical projects from start to finish. * Design cryogenic equipment (or work with a design team) and review drawings. * Provide technical leadership on R&D projects and coordinate project teams. * Act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring requirements are fully understood and met. * Support the sales team by preparing technical specifications for tender documents. * Occasionally get hands-on with wiring, testing, and installation of cryogenic systems – including global site work when required. * Develop and improve processes to enhance product quality and overall company performance.
