Operating across the South East, you will be responsible for providing high-profile clients with reliable asbestos survey data and professional reports. This role requires a technical specialist who can maintain the best interests of the client while ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements and UKAS accredited management systems. Key Responsibilities: Undertake technical activities associated with asbestos inspection and testing. Produce accurate, factual survey information, sampling data, and site plans. Represent the company professionally at client meetings and on-site. Work safely and considerately of all parties affected by surveying activities. Adhere strictly to internal policies, procedures, and quality standards. The Package Salary: £28,000 £40,000 (Dependent on Experience) Overtime rates. Hours: Full-time (42.5 hours per week) 1 in 4 weekends paid at Overtime rates. Benefits: Company Van and Expenses. 23 days Annual Leave 8 Bank Holidays. Technical Essentials Qualifications: BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent) is mandatory. Desirable: BOHS W504 (S301) or CoCA certifications. Experience: Proven experience surveying premises for asbestos across various sectors and sites. Knowledge: Strong awareness of current industry issues, legislative guidance, and compliant testing methods. IT Literacy: Ability to work with various reporting formats, preferably PDAs.
