Job Summary
We are looking for someone to carry out administrative and customer service functions to aid our full-time office manager and the company director in the smooth running of the business. Working from 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
* Taking care of all administration tasks with a primary focus on customer care and answering the phone and taking messages
* Liaising with the office manager and director on a daily basis to keep them both updated
* Adherence to company policies
* General housekeeping in the work environment
* Any other duties as reasonably requested by management (for which training will be provided as appropriate)

* Experience in administration and customer service
* Having a polite, professional and friendly manner and dealing with customers with patience and understanding
* Contacting customers and arranging site visits for the Director and Tree Surveyor
* Contacting customers after job completions to get customer satisfaction feedback before invoicing
* Assisting with preparing quotes and raising invoicing
* General administration tasks, including printing out job packs, scanning and filing
* Ability to organise your own time, ability to juggle tasks and workload and pay attention to detail
* Have a positive can-do attitude
* Excellent communication skills, particularly on the telephone
* Good working knowledge and comfortable using IT systems, including Microsoft Office packages Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a friendly and helpful attitude
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
