Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is looking for Chef de Parties (CDPs) and Senior CDPs to join our world-class culinary teams — across Premium hospitality and Retail / General Admissions (GA). Whether you thrive on fine dining finesse or fast-paced, high-volume service, this is your chance to deliver exceptional food experiences at one of the UK’s most iconic venues. Important: This is a matchday role, and we’re looking for candidates who can commit to the entire season. You will also be required to work 2–3 prep days before each matchday to ensure everything is ready for service. Candidates should be based in the local area or able to reliably travel to the stadium. Key Venues: HCLUB on Four – Fine dining for 500 covers with in-house & guest chefs Tunnel Club – Premium dining for 104 guests Suites & Loges – Sharing buffets for 1,000 guests Restaurants & Stratus – Seasonal British and small-plate concepts Player & Media Dining – Consistent, high-quality performance food Chef de Partie (Premium) Execute dishes with precision and consistency Support your section lead with prep, stock, and mise en place Uphold food safety, allergen, and hygiene standards Work collaboratively with the brigade to deliver seamless service Senior Chef de Partie (Premium) Lead a section during prep and service Mentor junior chefs and ensure quality and presentation Manage stock, prep schedules, and compliance Assist Sous Chefs in maintaining standards across multiple outlets Who You Are (Premium) Experienced CDP/Senior CDP with exposure to high-end kitchens Passionate, organised, and quality-focused Calm under pressure, hands-on, and people-oriented Level 2 Food Hygiene (Level 3 desirable for Senior CDP) Retail / General Admissions (GA) Our Retail team powers the fan experience with high-volume, street-food inspired cuisine, delivered across 23 retail units and five stadium floors, serving thousands per event. Key Venues: N17 Grill – Burgers with signature T Club Sauce Seoul Birdie – Korean flavours in collaboration with Judy Joo Smashed Olive – Stone-baked pizzas The Linesman – Fish & chips and battered sausages Market Place stalls & Europe’s longest bar, serving up to 2,000 guests Every service brings scale and excitement — from producing pies made on site in our pie machine, making 2600 signature beef & onion pie, chicken & vegan pies as well as approx. 3700 homemade sausage rolls.
