What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting and standing in for the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
* Assisting with planning, ordering, and delivering exciting weekly menus
* Taking the lead on hospitality and event catering
* Championing Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards every day
* Driving exceptional food quality and customer satisfaction
* Helping to manage the kitchen team, support training, and maintain high performance
