The position is with a secondary school located in Newcastle Upon Tyne, Northeast (NE3 5HP), offering a full-time role as a secondary school teaching assistant (SEMH).
If you are an experienced pastoral mentor (teaching assistant) who has worked with pupils with SEMH and is available from April 2025, and if you are interested in a new secondary school-based opportunity in the Northeast, we would like to hear from you. We are a family-run recruitment business with over 14 years of experience supporting education settings and candidates across primary, secondary, and SEND divisions.
This role is offered on a full-time basis, but flexible working arrangements can be discussed to accommodate your needs. The position is long-term, initially temporary, with the potential for permanent employment later in the academic year.
