Contract Offered: Full-time, permanent
Working Hours / Shifts: 8.40am to 5.20pm, alternating weekly between a Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday shift pattern. These shifts are subject to change.

* Must be vaccinated against Hepatitis B or able to obtain vaccination following a successful interview stage.

* Must undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check in line with Care Quality Commission guidelines.
Right to Work Requirement
Please note that this role requires candidates to have the legal right to work in the UK for a minimum of 12 months from the application date. This is to ensure completion of our 9‑month probationary period and for any potential sponsorship decisions to be considered. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship at the point of hire.
Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive client appointments, including blood and urine sample collection, personal health measurements, and data entry into our Patient Information Systems (PIS).
* Demonstrate sensitive communication to ensure client understanding and consent.
* Maintain accurate records in PIS, uploading all relevant documentation.
* Represent the company professionally at off‑site events and appointments.
* Engage in upselling and cross‑selling at our private health clinic.
* Proactively drive sales and exceed targets.
* Complete company forms, specimen labelling, and laboratory test order forms accurately.
* Demonstrate high IT literacy to manage various software systems and daily tasks.
Qualifications
* Previous phlebotomy experience and certificate or equivalent training.
* Flexibility with working hours, as required by the business, including evenings and weekends.
* Flexibility to work from off‑site locations at least once per month.
* Currently have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
* Experience in a private healthcare setting.
* Experience in customer service.
* Minimum 2 years experience in phlebotomy.
* Valid UK driving licence.
