This is a rare opportunity to join an established business to scale a rapidly growing SaaS offering, with strong early traction and significant investment behind it. They have already captured circa 10% market share in Ireland and have ambitious expansion plans locally and across the rest of the UK. They want to hire a Founding Account Executive to own and accelerate the next phase of growth. This is not a “follow the playbook” sales role. This is for someone who wants to help write it. What You’ll Be Doing Owning the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting → demo → close → onboarding Driving net new business across Ireland (with UK expansion to follow) Running high-volume outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email and phone Booking and delivering compelling product demos Closing multiple £10k–£15k SaaS deals per month Designing and optimising your own GTM motion Leveraging modern sales tooling and AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency Working directly with the CEO and engineers to shape messaging and strategy Helping build the foundations for a future revenue team This is a true hunter role.
