This is your chance to learn new skills and start an amazing career!\n\nAbout the role:\nAs a Digital Customer Support Apprentice for our Inside Sales team, you will be the first point of contact for requests via inbound calls and inbox management. You will perform back-office functions and be responsible for tasks related to the effective execution and support of the end-to-end sales cycle processes. Prioritising requests in order of importance along with managing any escalations through customer and partner engagement.\nâ¢\tYou will become a user expert in CRM which you will use to create and managing quotations for customers.\nâ¢\tYou will also collaborate with colleagues using Teams to provide business updates on account opportunities to advise on revenue, close dates etc and oversee sales cycle process.\nâ¢\tDaily use of Microsoft Excel to input business pipelines for account managers and preparing business reports by evaluating opportunity data from CRM.\n Desirable skills: \nâ¢\tCompetent in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint would be beneficial.\nâ¢\tExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.\nâ¢\tMotivation, hard work, and good organisation.\nâ¢\tA positive attitude towards work and studies.\nâ¢\tEnjoy working as part of a team and independently.\n\nImportant information:\nThis vocational apprenticeship comprehensively supports your specific job role with this particular employer.
