Your Role
Join our Supply Chain team and lead the commercial management of our Design, Engineering, and Construction contracts. You'll collaborate with Programme Delivery, Finance, Legal, and suppliers to ensure contracts deliver on cost, quality, and time.
What you'll do:
* Manage contracts from tender to post-contract final account
* Manage and support contract drafting and negotiations
* Transfer best practices from Hinkley Point C to Sizewell C
* Drive supplier performance and value for money
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in contract administration and commercial management
* Consultant or Contractor experience is desired
* Proven experience of NEC Contract management from Contract award to completion (Option A, C, E)
* Experience or knowledge of FIDIC is desirable
* Strong change management skills and experience in accordance with NEC / FIDIC
* Proven experience in cost forecasting and performance report production and monitoring
* Strong negotiation, influencing, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ideally, value the rules and environment in which we operate
* Positivity: Positively challenge poor quality and performance
* Humility: Be open to other's points of view and ideas, be willing to debate and to compromise

About Sizewell C
Sizewell C Limited (Sizewell C) is a nuclear site licensed company responsible for designing, financing, constructing, commissioning, operating, maintaining, and eventually decommissioning the nuclear power plant at Sizewell C in Suffolk. Formerly under the majority ownership of the EDF Group, it is now majority owned by HM Government and operates as an independent company. EDF remains a key shareholder, maintaining close links as part of its 'nuclear family'.

Qualifications and Skills
* Degree level qualified / chartered (RICS, MCIPS)
* A mindset for team-working, innovation, collaboration, and sustainability
* Good organisational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
* Ability to absorb complex information, assess requirements, and make recommendations
* Experience of CEMAR Contract Management platform is desired but not essential
