Overview An international business with a strong presence across the UK and Europe is seeking a Management Accountant to join its regional finance team.
This is a broad, hands-on role supporting the month-end close, management reporting, and financial control across several European entities.
The position would suit someone with solid management accounting experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with international exposure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and financial analysis for month end processes.
2. Maintain accurate financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
3. Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
4. Ensure accuracy of all ledgers.
5. Support the preparation of management accounts and internal reporting packs.
6. Assist with audits and statutory reporting requirements.
7. Liaise with internal departments and overseas teams to ensure accurate reporting and revenue recognition.
8. Support cash management, payroll, and tax processes within assigned entities.
9. Contribute to process improvement and efficiency projects within the finance function.
About You
10. Proven experience in management accounting, ideally within a multi-entity or international environment.
11. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
12. Highly organised with the ability to meet reporting deadlines.
13. Confident communicator, able to collaborate across teams and regions.
14. Accounting qualification (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or QBE considered.
