Account Executive

Location: London (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-time


Overview


We’re seeking a commercially driven Account Executive to lead business development and revenue growth across ServiceNow consulting, AI-enabled transformation, and digital innovation programmes. This client-facing role will focus on building long-term strategic relationships—especially within GBS environments—driving high-value opportunities from initial lead generation through to successful deal closure. The role blends consultative selling, ecosystem engagement (notably with ServiceNow), and entrepreneurial leadership to expand market footprint and influence.


Key Responsibilities


* Identify, qualify, and lead strategic ServiceNow and AI-driven sales opportunities aligned with growth objectives
* Drive the full sales lifecycle across consulting and technology-led engagements—ensuring consistency, accountability, and commercial value
* Own and manage the CRM system and data integrity to support targeted business development efforts
* Lead strategic partnerships, especially with ServiceNow account and solution sales teams
* Develop additional revenue streams through reselling, licensing, AI-enabled offerings, or channel diversification
* Set the standard for business development excellence and mentor regional BD teams as the business scales


Skills & Experience


* 6+ years’ experience in enterprise sales or business development, ideally in ServiceNow consulting, AI solutions, or digital transformation
* Proven track record of managing full-cycle sales engagements with measurable revenue growth
* Strong understanding of AI in enterprise workflows, GBS, cloud platforms, and service delivery transformation
* Commercially astute with experience in creative deal structuring and partnership-based selling
* Executive presence and strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic and value-led approach to growth
* Certifications: Relevant ServiceNow or AI-related certifications preferred
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
