We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Support Worker to join our BBV Team in NHS Fife.
This role is vital in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals affected by HIV, Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis C—many of whom experience chaotic lifestyles and face barriers to accessing mainstream services.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a non-judgmental approach.
• Ability to work with individuals experiencing homelessness, substance use, or mental health challenges.
• Confidence in lone working and managing unpredictable situations.
• Understanding of safeguarding, harm reduction, and trauma-informed practice.
• Commitment to reducing health inequalities and promoting public health.
This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a dynamic team working at the forefront of BBV care and prevention in Fife. If you are motivated by meaningful work and have the compassion and skills to support some of the most vulnerable members of our community, we would love to hear from you.
