Regional Sales Manager – North -West

Due to continuous growth, we are currently looking to recruit a skilled Regional Sales Manager, based in the North-West region.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director and working closely with the regional management team, you will be responsible for targeting a wide portfolio of customers in the area, providing commercial support, developing existing accounts and bringing in new business to increase our market share.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
* Generating growth by acquiring both new business as well as nurturing lapsed accounts to increase revenue across the region.
* Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business working with internal teams.
* Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation to support personal growth and success.
* Collaborating with management on sales goals to maintain future pipeline within your area.
* Working with your manager to achieve and maintain KPI’s and targets set.
* Support the team with other responsibilities to ensure we are consistently delivering exceptional service.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
* A proven track record of 3+ years sales experience within the Generator hire market.
* An outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support growth.
* The ability to cultivate strong relationships with both existing and prospective new business across the area.
* Solid communication skills to ensure consistent service levels are met within the business to support equipment utilisation and availability of our growing fleet.
* You will need to be well organised with a focused sales approach and the ability to work under pressure.
