Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Personal Assistant to support two busy co-founders of a luxury, high end London brand. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be reliable and demonstrate excellent trust and discretion abilities. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a caring environment and household of two CEOs who need support where it matters the most. You will ensure smooth daily runnings and efficient management of life adminstrative tasks.
Duties
* Manage diaries, emails and schedules - fast paced and ever changing
* Assist with personal tasks for the household - inclusive of errands, travel booking, itineraries etc.
* Organise schedules, appointments and meetings for both founders to optimise workflow
* Handle email and phone enquiries with professional etiquette and respond promptly to communications
* Support general administrative functions such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation in our HQ
* Ensure the the HQ office environment remains tidy and well-organised
* Support the household with miscellaneous tasks
Experience
* Previous administrative experience is preferred, ideally within an office setting
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Great communication skills, as well as being trustworthy and handling private matters with the utmost discretion
* Ability to meet daily workload demands
