They are hiring an experienced client-facing junior to mid-level Project Manager for their team. Their loyal clients have been with them for years, and they continuously win new business, ensuring a full pipeline and consistent work throughout the year. With an in-house workshop and fabrication facility, they produce creative bespoke builds for notable brands and agencies.
The role
The Project Manager will advise on costings and materials, support the sales team to secure contracts, and manage projects from signing to completion. This end-to-end role involves design, build, working with suppliers, installation, and de-rig. Ensuring Health & Safety and RAMS compliance, and acting as the key point of contact for clients and agencies are essential responsibilities.
About you
We welcome applications from Project Assistants / Coordinators ready to step up or mid-weight Project Managers from agency or production/scenic build backgrounds. A very client-facing demeanor, relationship-building skills, and end-to-end project management capabilities are crucial. Understanding of the design and build process is preferred but can be taught. Being highly organized is essential. Experience with events, exhibitions, retail, or experiential activations is advantageous.
