Townsend Court is a retirement living scheme with 53 spacious flats located on the outskirts of Leominster, near a vibrant town centre with many amenities. It is a private development for those over 55 years old, managed by a Residential Scheme Manager.
We are seeking a Live-In Residential Scheme Manager to assist the Regional Manager in the daily operational management of the scheme. The role involves delivering on-site housing management services that support residents in leading independent and safe lives.
Your responsibilities include conducting well-being checks, responding to changing circumstances, managing risks including safeguarding, and ensuring appropriate actions are taken. You will engage with older residents and their families, supporting them to identify issues and progress solutions. Developing relationships with partner agencies, you will facilitate well-being and social initiatives both onsite and virtually, addressing issues like well-being, loneliness, and dementia awareness.
You will also perform health & safety, fire safety, and warden call system checks to ensure compliance and high service standards, while managing risks effectively.

The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience working in a housing environment
* High customer focus
* Good IT skills, including experience with databases and tablets
* Strong numerical skills and ability to monitor budgets
* A motivated, organized self-starter with a passion for delivering innovative services
* Effective communication and collaboration skills
* Practical and logical thinking with the ability to produce high-quality work and meet deadlines
* Excellent customer service skills, including handling feedback and complaints
