The Role
* Leading and managing the Art department across KS3, KS4, and KS5

* Managing departmental resources and contributing to whole-school initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* A degree in Art, Fine Art, or a related subject
* Proven experience teaching Art at secondary level, including KS5
* Previous leadership experience within an Art department
* A strong track record of raising attainment and promoting creative excellence
* Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
