19. Strong background working on German-manufactured vehicles
20. Diagnostic and fault-finding expertise
21. Great attention to detail and pride in doing the job right
22. A team-first attitude and a desire to keep learning
23. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair preferred
