We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Responsibilities include providing great service at the tills and shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning spillages.

What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, prioritizing customer needs, responding to queries, and promoting Co-op products and Membership.
2. Support your store colleagues to solve problems and improve customer experience.
3. Ensure the store is safe and compliant—stock shelves, check prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
5. Get involved in community activities and events.
