With a major new global sports project underway, we’re looking for a Media Managerto join our London team and take a leading role in managing media for the production across multiple international shoots.
The Role
As Media Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our post‑production workflow - overseeing the organisation, ingest, and delivery of media coming in from shoots around the world. You’ll workclosely with producers and editors to ensure everything runs smoothly from camera to edit to delivery.
This project will involve shoots across multiple continents, so experience in managing large volumes of media and a strong grasp of efficient workflows is essential.
An understanding and passion for football is important, as is experience in the sports TV space.
Fluency in another language would be a bonus.
While this is a fixed‑term role through June 2026, there’s potential to continue with us beyond that - working across Noah’s broader slate of productions, from short‑form branded content to long‑form global documentary films and series.
Key Responsibilities
* Ingest, transcode, synch‑map and organise media from multiple global shoots.
* Manage and maintain shared server spaces and project archives.
* Work closely with producers and editors to ensure a seamless post‑production process.
* Assist with troubleshooting in edit suites and during online/delivery stages.
* Handle backups, archiving, and secure storage of all project media.
* Maintain best practices for media management and workflow documentation.
* Support ad‑hoc post‑production needs as required.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a media management or assistant post‑production role, ideally within sport, documentary, or broadcast environments.
* Strong working knowledge ofAdobe Creative Suite, particularlyPremiere ProandMedia Encoder.
* Excellent understanding of broadcast file formats, codecs, and wrappers.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
* Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a production team.
* Experience with online, delivery, and QC workflows is highly desirable.
Working Hours
* Full‑time, 5‑day week (some weekend work may be required depending on production schedules).
* Lieu days will be provided for any additional days worked.
