Candidate Profile
* At least 3 years’ experience delivering small to medium-sized property projects.
* Strong stakeholder engagement abilities and proven project coordination skills.
* Professional qualifications such as MRICS, MCIOB, or APM are beneficial but not essential.
* Degree in Construction, Surveying, or a related discipline.
Salary & Employee Benefits
* Basic salary between £32,000 to £45,000.
* 5% employer pension contribution.
* Up to 28 days of annual leave, with the option to purchase an additional 5 days.
