Responsibilities: We elicit, analyse, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems. We support the implementation of UK defence policy and work closely with Ministry of Defence colleagues and technical experts. We contribute to assured delivery of a high-stakes national programme in a dynamic and complex environment. We help refine business and data requirements and ensure they are captured accurately. We manage requirements, acceptance, traceability, and change documentation for our team. We work within defined standards, governance, Agile delivery practices, and the ITIL framework. We engage with stakeholders and support effective communication across the project. We use analysis, process mapping, and SQL skills to support decision-making and delivery. We may supervise a small team and support the coordination of analysis activities. We work on site and travel occasionally within the UK and the USA as required.
