Responsibilities
* Process customs clearance for air, sea, and road freight consignments for both imports and exports.
* Submit customs clearance declarations in a timely and accurate manner.
* Prepare customs declarations documents.
* Update clearance status to customers.
* Cover additional assignments as required.
Qualifications
* Previous customs clearance experience (great advantage).
* Knowledge of freight or supply chain logistics (beneficial).
* Basic accounting knowledge.
* Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
* Good working knowledge of IT systems, including MS Word, Excel and customs declaration software.
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
* Positive, reliable, attention to detail and willingness to help attitude.
Work Details
* Location: Trafford Park, Manchester.
* Shift: Nights, 4 on/4 off from 6pm to 6am.
* Contract: TTP.
* Salary band: £28,000-£30,000.
* Holidays: 228 days.
